The native cuisine here in Kerala, is distinctive and
unique to this land. For it is this very singular land,
(not to mention the sea), that provides the Malayali's
with all their raw ingredients. Namely, the freshest
seafood, coconuts and a slew of fragrant spices pepper,
cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. These main ingredients
often combine with the native red bananas and jackfruit
to make a delicious main course.
